About Hamidullah

I am an internationally trained law student who recently completed the Global Professional, Master of Law (GPLLM) program at the University of Toronto. I have ~7 years’ legal practice experience as a judge on the Supreme Court of Afghanistan (SCA) and as an advocate-human rights officer with the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHRC), in addition to 1+ years’ experience in legal support roles in Canada. I am passionate about protecting the public, upholding the law and human rights for all, and have broad experience in criminal, civil, family, property, and immigration law. I am pursuing requalification as a lawyer in Canada and am enrolled in the Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP) through CPLED.
