About Renee

A committed, hardworking professional with 4+ years of legal international experience in the areas of corporate governance and compliance, legal research, contract reviews, annual return filings, production of board and committee meeting minutes, and completion of due diligence processes, known as a dependable and collaborative professional who excels at meeting the needs of stakeholders. I am also keenly interested in Commercial, Regulatory and Employment law and would welcome the opportunity to train in such practice areas. Currently, my pursuits include: completing the NCA qualifications, leading church youth ministries and speaking at UWI-ABSA’s 2022 16th Annual Virtual Country Conference, “The Current State of the Global Black Struggle”. A Caribbean girl with a global footprint, having lived and studied in Antigua and Barbuda, Canada and the UK. Travelling, public speaking, drama/theatrical arts and youth mentorship are favored past time activities.
