About Zachary

My name is Zachary Halper-Johnson; I am an open-minded third year law student who is seeking to article in Nova Scotia for the 2022/2023 term. I am flexible about working anywhere in Nova Scotia, and have a strong connection to the East Coast as well as a passion to work within its vibrant communities. I would consider my experience in Indigenous child protection social work as valuable to transitioning to the field of law, as it has taught me excellent time-management, client communication and teamwork skills, as well as how to work exceptionally under pressure and multi-task efficiently. Social work has created interests for me in Family Law, Business Law, and Real-Estate and Wills; however, I am eager to experience all areas of law and would love the opportunity to learn all specialties, as I am driven by social-justice as well as innovation. I am looking for any firm that I can be challenged at and grow in, where I can bring a motivated, warm and committed presence. Thank you.
