Articling Applicant 2024-2025 Dual J.D. graduate from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, with a B.A. in Law and Society from the University of Calgary. Currently, I am enrolled in the Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP). My education provided me with in-depth knowledge in a variety of legal arenas which included administrative law, family law, criminal law and wills and estates. I have 2 years’ experience volunteering as a research and legal assistant in civil litigation and possess advanced abilities in written and oral advocacy. In addition, my courses in the fields of corporate-commercial law have honed my abilities for work involving business organization, financial transactions and intellectual property law. The dual program equipped me with the practical and technical skills to meet and exceed the requirements for an articling position and I am confident that I could make a substantial contribution to your office.
