Students submitting this application should ensure they have read and understood CPLED’s policies.

This form should be used by Students who are unable to meet an assignment or completion deadline due to unforeseen, extenuating circumstances. Extension requests should be made in advance of the assignment or completion deadline whenever possible. Submission of an extension request does not guarantee that the extension will be approved. Extension requests may be granted at the sole discretion of CPLED.

Students who are unable to remain in their intake may wish to submit a PREP Application for Withdrawal and request to register in a future intake instead.
