I’ve completed my Canadian & American JD and currently articling at Barapp Law in Toronto. Here, I draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and advocate in court. I have hands-on litigation experience, including arguing motions before the Superior Court of Justice and preparing mediation briefs, settlement proposals, and motion records. Previously, I summered in real estate and corporate law at Yan Liu Law Firm, managing residential closings and corporate governance matters. My background also includes intellectual property experience through the USPTO Legal Clinic, where I conducted patent research and managed client files. With a strong foundation in legal drafting, research, and advocacy, I offer the skills and passion for success during articling. My Ontario legal education and articling experience have equipped me with the skills to excel in Alberta’s legal landscape. As I plan to move to Calgary for family reasons, I am seeking an articling position to complete my licensing requirements.
