This form should be used to appeal an IPL registration or disciplinary decision that is subject to appeal under the IPL Course Policy. Appeal requests must be complete at the time they are submitted. CPLED will not consider information or documentation submitted after the student submits an appeal request unless such information or documentation is specifically requested by CPLED.
This form must include all relevant information supporting your request. It is not sufficient to simply state your disagreement with the decision made or that you want to receive a different decision. Provide a detailed statement setting out the specific facts and evidence which speak to how the decision was made in error or without procedural fairness such that a different outcome should have occurred. Detailed submissions regarding personal circumstances or history are not considered helpful unless such an explanation is directly relevant to the grounds for appeal.
