The Indigenous Peoples and the Law (IPL) course is designed for internationally trained lawyers pursuing their Certificate of Qualification (CQ) through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA). As such, admission will be granted on a priority basis for students who provide proof of an NCA Assessment Report. Students without an Assessment Report may be granted admission at the sole discretion of CPLED.
Please note that CPLED cannot guarantee admission to an IPL offering. Registration for each intake is subject to capacity limits.
To be successful in the course, students must have a reliable internet connection and access to Chrome or Firefox for the D2L platform.
See the upcoming intakes for Indigenous Peoples and the Law (IPL).
Note: The pilot intake in January 2026 has reached maximum capacity for registration. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist, please email admin@cpled.ca.
