PREP Application for Program Completion Extension

Students submitting this application should ensure they have read and understood CPLED’s policies.

This form should be used by students who are unable to complete PREP within the mandated two-year period and require permission for an extension for completion of the program. Submission of this form does not guarantee that the request will be approved. Program completion extension requests may be granted at the sole discretion of CPLED.

An extension of your program completion deadline by CPLED does not equate to an extension for any of your Bar Admission requirements as set by your law society. If your program completion extension request is approved, it is very important that you confirm and abide by any deadlines for completion of your Bar Admission requirements as set by your law society.
