Assessors will assess the interview skills (method and legal content) of a PREP candidate during the Virtual Law Firm rotations and Capstone Evaluations. Simulated Clients will continue to meet virtually with each candidate for their interview assignments; however, their assessment and feedback will only apply to client relationship development. The Lawyer Assessors will continue to provide the overall assessment grade/result and constructive feedback as they did during the Virtual Law Firm (VLF). Lawyer Assessors will not be scheduled to attend the interview but will have access to the recording and the Simulated Client’s feedback.
