About Manpreet

I graduated from law school in the UK in July 2024 and am currently completing my NCA requirements through the University of Alberta. Prior to law school, I earned a BSc. in Geophysics with a minor in Geology from the University of Calgary.

My legal experience includes working as a legal assistant, assisting with personal injury and real estate matters. I currently volunteer as a caseworker for the Trans ID Clinic, helping individuals with name and gender marker changes, and at the Edmonton Community Legal Centre (ECLC) with administrative support.

Before pursuing law, I spent 4+ years in administrative and casework roles, including working with Members of Parliament. I have a strong foundation in legal research, drafting and thrive in client-centered environments. I am eager to apply my skills in a dynamic legal setting and welcome the opportunity to connect with firms or organizations seeking a dedicated articling student starting in mid-July 2025 or later.
