The Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education (CPLED) invites current and prospective principals, as well as anyone who supervises articling students or early-career lawyers, to join an informative session on the evolution of bar admission training. Learn how the Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP) has changed over the past five years, debunk common myths, and gain insights to support effective mentorship and work allocation.
Upcoming sessions:
To clarify what British Columbia’s transition to PREP means for our interest holders, we’re hosting virtual information sessions. At this time, we will have sessions tailored for principals, firms, and employers, and one for NCA candidates. Each session includes a 60-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A, designed to answer your questions and provide guidance during this change. We’re here to support you and ensure you feel informed and confident moving forward.
