About Danielle

I recently finished a Juris Doctor degree at the Schulich School of Law and possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. I have strong critical thinking and analytical skills required to handle legal tasks and policies that are creative enough to safeguard difficult situations for Indigenous people. I have communication and writing skills that are a good asset, and worked as a research assistant and navigated various research writing frameworks that were adaptable to my positions in the past. I have an interest in Aboriginal, Criminal and Family Law, Restorative Justice, Human Rights Law and Non-profit work. I recently worked as an articling student at Legal aid St. John’s Newfoundland for 8 months. I worked extensively in bail court and have done research memos along with appearances for clients of my own. I have shadowed other lawyers at Legal aid. I require 2-5 months of composite articling and can start right away.

Willing to move: Yes
