IPL Application for Withdrawal

Students submitting this application should ensure they have read and understood CPLED’s policies.  

This form should be used to request a withdrawal from IPL. Withdrawal from IPL can be a temporary or permanent decision.  If you decide to return to IPL in the future, your return is subject to program constraints, including but not limited to updated admission or registration requirements or program capacity.  You must repeat IPL again in its entirety upon your return to the program and are not exempt from any completion requirements. You will be responsible for paying tuition fees at the rate that is current upon your return to the program, including any tuition fee increases implemented during your absence.

If you intend to return to IPL after an extended absence, it is very important that you confirm and abide by any deadlines set by the NCA for completion of the IPL course requirement.
