Health and Wellness Resources
Balancing work, education, family, and other priorities is no easy feat. PREP candidates face heavy workloads, tight deadlines, and in some cases job search pressures; these can to stress and burnout without the proper support. Statistics show that 58% of lawyers in Canada report significant stress, and rates of anxiety and depression are much higher than the general population.
Recognizing signs of distress and seeking help early is key to maintaining well-being. CPLED students have access to health and wellness supports through community resources and in some provinces their law society.
If you need immediate assistance or support, visit Crisis Services Canada available 24 hours, year-round. CPLED does not provide direct mental health support.
