I am requesting a fourth and final attempt at CPLED’s Legal Research and Writing course (“the LRW course”).

That I have attempted the LRW course unsuccessfully three times to date.

That my fourth attempt at the LRW course will be my final attempt.

That this fourth attempt at the LRW course is my final opportunity to meet this National Committee on Accreditation (“NCA”) course requirement through CPLED.

That if I am unsuccessful in my fourth and final LRW course attempt, I will have terminated my options with CPLED and will need to seek further guidance from the NCA directly regarding the continuation of my CQ process.
