Provide a detailed statement setting out the specific facts and evidence which speak to how your course result was subject to objective, demonstrable, and significant error, a procedural fairness issue, or a failure to accommodate.

Detailed submissions regarding personal circumstances or history are not considered helpful unless such an explanation is directly relevant to the grounds for appeal.
