Students submitting this application should ensure they have read and understood CPLED’s policies.
This form should be used to request a withdrawal from PREP. Withdrawal from PREP can be a temporary or permanent decision. If you decide to return to PREP in the future, your return is subject to program constraints, including but not limited to updated admission or registration requirements or program capacity. You may be required to repeat any phases of the program at your own expense. You will be responsible for paying tuition fees at the rate that is current upon your return to the program, including any tuition fee increases implemented during your absence.
Students are expected to complete all phases of PREP within two years of their commencement date, which is their program completion deadline. If you intend to return to PREP in the future, you may need to apply to CPLED for an extension of your program completion deadline. An extension of your program completion deadline by CPLED does not equate to an extension for any of your Bar Admission requirements as set by your law society. It is very important that you confirm and abide by any deadlines for completion of your Bar Admission requirements as set by your law society.
