About Ale

I am currently completing my NCA requirements after which I plan to apply for articling. I am also actively seeking legal assistant and paralegal work in Calgary. I am originally from Peshawar, Pakistan. In my childhood my family traveled to Canada due to security concerns back home. Going into 3rd grade we moved closer to Pakistan to be closer with our family and moved to Qatar. I went through Highschool in Qatar where I attended American School of Doha a very competitive school. My experience at ASD helped me in University as the course work amount was similar and equally vigorous. My high school friends and I decided to attend The University of Sussex together and we remain friends to this day. At University I obtained my LLB with Business Management. A specific moment that changed my perspective on studying law was when I took part in Sussex Lawyers without Borders, an NGO of the UN and they had a presentation of Thurgood Marshall. While at University I also competed in MMA, kickboxing and boxing.
